12/6 I needed to update this review. After the owner saw it, she went out of her way to respond (maybe they missed the first message, it happens!). They did above and beyond what any reasonable person’s expectations might be. The fact that they cared enough to make sure people spending money in their store are happy is enough for me! Thank you for caring about something so simple but means a lot to simple people! I still haven’t received this item, it is now 12/5 and it was ordered on 11/20. Tried reaching out to the owner, who just doesn’t respond, really unfortunate experience.
